Blue Cheese Dressing (gluten free)

Blue Cheese Dressing

Blue Cheese Dressing is ridiculously easy to make. There are dozens of variations out there, but we like to keep it simple:

1 cup plain yogurt (It is hard to find truly plain yogurt in the store, so we make our own.)
1/4 to 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles, depending how strong or subtle you wish your dressing to be
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder

Mix the ingredients together, taking care to break up most of the blue cheese crumbles. Enjoy.

    1. That's it! If you go looking around on online search engines you'll that most recipes are mayo-based with vinegar and a host of other things from mustard to worcestershire sauce. Using yogurt gives the acidity of vinegar and the creaminess of mayo with one ingredient. The "wooster" would add tons of salt that we are trying to avoid.
